プライバシーポリシー
株式会社BEM（BEM, K.K.）が提供するアプリおよび当社コーポレートサイト（bem.co.jp）に適用されます。
株式会社BEM（BEM, K.K.、以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するアプリ（以下「対象アプリ」）および当社コーポレートサイト bem.co.jp（以下「本サイト」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 本ポリシーの対象
本ポリシーは、次の対象アプリと、本サイトに適用されます。
収集する情報の有無および種類は、対象アプリごとに異なる場合があります。実際の取扱いは、次章の各アプリの記載をご確認ください。当社が新たにアプリを提供する場合は、当該アプリを本ページに追加したうえで本ポリシーを適用します。
本サイトにおける情報の取扱いは「3. 本サイトにおける情報の取扱い」に定めます。
2. アプリごとの取扱い
WOSUNAYO!（オスナYO！）
収集する情報：ありません。
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報その他の利用者データを一切収集しません。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、広告・分析・計測・外部クラッシュ収集などの第三者 SDK を組み込んでおらず、利用者データを外部に送信しません。
端末内に保存される情報：ゲーム体験のために、次の情報をお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。これらは外部に送信されず、当社が取得することはありません。
- ハイスコア（自己ベスト記録）
- チュートリアルの完了状態
これらは端末内のローカル保存領域に記録されるものであり、他の利用者や当社と共有されることはありません。
KAZENDA（カゼン打！）
収集する情報：ありません。
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報その他の利用者データを一切収集しません。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、広告・分析・計測・外部クラッシュ収集などの第三者 SDK を組み込んでおらず、利用者データを外部に送信しません。
端末内に保存される情報：ゲーム体験のために、次の情報をお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。これらは外部に送信されず、当社が取得することはありません。
- ハイスコア（モード・難易度ごとの自己ベスト記録）
- チュートリアルの完了状態
これらは端末内のローカル保存領域に記録されるものであり、他の利用者や当社と共有されることはありません。
3. 本サイトにおける情報の取扱い
本サイトの閲覧に伴い、次の情報が送信されます。本サイトには、氏名・住所・電話番号などの個人情報を入力していただく機能はありません（お問い合わせは外部サービスを利用します。後述）。
アクセス解析（Google アナリティクス）
本サイトでは、利用状況の把握とサイト改善のために、Google LLC が提供するアクセス解析ツール「Google アナリティクス」を利用しています（測定ID：G-H4P8K7QYK4）。同ツールは Cookie を使用し、次のような情報を収集します。
- 閲覧したページと滞在時間
- 参照元（本サイトに到達する前のページや検索）
- ブラウザ・OS・画面サイズなどの端末情報
- IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域
これらの情報には、Google アナリティクスがブラウザとセッションを区別するために付与する仮名のクライアントID（_ga Cookie に保存される識別子）が含まれます。氏名・メールアドレスなど個人を直接特定する情報は含まれず、本サイトの実装では、氏名・メールアドレス等を Google アナリティクスへ送信していません。収集された情報は Google に送信され、Google プライバシーポリシーおよびGoogle のサービスを使用するサイトから収集した情報の Google による使用に従って取り扱われます。
Cookie と測定の制御：Cookie の利用は、ブラウザの設定で制限できます。ただし、Cookie を無効にしても Google アナリティクスによる測定が完全に停止するとは限りません。測定そのものを無効にするには、Google が提供するGoogle アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンをご利用ください。いずれの場合も、本サイトの閲覧に支障はありません。
外部サービスからの読み込み
本サイトでは、表示のために次の外部サービスからファイルを読み込みます。読み込みの際、利用者のIPアドレスとブラウザ情報が各提供元に送信されます。
- Google Fonts（Google LLC）— ウェブフォント。本ページを除く各ページで読み込みます
- cdnjs（Cloudflare, Inc.）— 表示に用いる JavaScript ライブラリ。トップページなど一部のページで読み込みます
当社は、これらの読み込みを広告配信や行動ターゲティングの目的では利用していません。本サイトには、広告配信・リマーケティング用のタグを設置していません。
お問い合わせフォーム
お問い合わせは、外部サービスである Google フォームへのリンクからご利用いただきます。フォームに入力された情報は、お問い合わせへの返答のみに使用します。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。フォーム提供元における取扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
4. 情報の削除
端末内にのみ保存される情報は、当該アプリを端末からアンインストールすることで削除されます。
当社が利用者データを収集していないアプリについては、当社が保有する利用者データがないため、当社へのデータ削除依頼または同意撤回の対象となる情報はありません。当社が利用者データを収集するアプリについては、削除の請求方法および同意撤回の方法を、当該アプリの記載に定めます。
本サイトのアクセス解析で収集される情報には、前章のとおり仮名のクライアントIDが含まれます。もっとも、本サイトの実装では氏名・メールアドレス等を送信していないため、氏名等をお知らせいただいても、当社がお客様個別の閲覧記録を特定して削除することは通常できません。測定を無効にする方法は前章に記載しています。
5. 第三者への提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者データを第三者に提供しません。利用者データを収集していないアプリについては、提供または共有の対象となるデータがありません。第三者への提供を行うアプリがある場合は、その提供先および目的を当該アプリの記載に明示します。
本サイトについては、前章のとおり、アクセス解析および外部サービスからの読み込みに伴って各提供元に情報が送信されます。
6. 子どものプライバシー
利用者データを一切収集しないアプリについては、子どもを含むいかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集することはありません。利用者データを収集するアプリがある場合は、子どもの利用に関する取扱いを当該アプリの記載に明示します。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、対象アプリの追加、本サイトの変更その他の理由により変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

BEM, K.K. ("we", "us", or "our") sets out below how user information is handled in the apps we provide (each, an "App") and on our corporate website bem.co.jp (the "Website").
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to the following Apps and to the Website.
Whether and what information is collected may differ from App to App. Please refer to the entry for each App in the next section for its actual practices. When we release a new App, we add it to this page and apply this Policy to it.
Information handling on the Website is set out in "3. Information Handling on This Website".
2. How Each App Handles Your Information
WOSUNAYO!
Information collected: None.
The App does not collect any personal information or user data. It requires no account, includes no advertising, analytics, measurement, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs, and does not transmit any user data off your device.
Stored on your device: For gameplay, the App stores the following only on your device. This information is never transmitted externally and is never accessible to us:
- Your high score (personal best)
- Whether you have completed the tutorial
This data is kept in your device's local storage and is not shared with other users or with us.
KAZENDA
Information collected: None.

3. Information Handling on This Website
When you browse the Website, the following information is transmitted. The Website has no feature that asks you to enter personal information such as your name, address, or phone number (inquiries are handled through an external service; see below).
Analytics (Google Analytics)
To understand how the Website is used and to improve it, we use Google Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google LLC (measurement ID: G-H4P8K7QYK4). It uses cookies and collects information such as:
- The pages you view and how long you stay
- The referrer (the page or search that brought you here)
- Device information such as browser, OS, and screen size
- Your approximate location, estimated from your IP address
This information includes a pseudonymous client ID that Google Analytics assigns in order to distinguish browsers and sessions (an identifier stored in the _ga cookie). It contains nothing that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address, and this Website's implementation sends no name, email address, or similar identifier to Google Analytics. The information collected is sent to Google and handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Controlling cookies and measurement: You can restrict the use of cookies in your browser settings. However, disabling cookies does not necessarily stop measurement by Google Analytics entirely. To disable the measurement itself, please install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on provided by Google. In either case, your ability to browse the Website is unaffected.
Resources Loaded from Third Parties
The Website loads files from the following third-party services in order to render. When these files are loaded, your IP address and browser information are sent to each provider.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) — web fonts; loaded on every page except this one
- cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc.) — JavaScript libraries used for display; loaded on some pages, such as the top page
We do not use these loads for advertising or behavioral targeting. The Website carries no advertising or remarketing tags.
Inquiry Form
Inquiries are made through a link to Google Forms, an external service. The information you provide is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not provided to third parties except as required by law. Handling by the form provider is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Deleting Your Information
Information stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the relevant App from your device.
For Apps from which we collect no user data, we hold no user data, so there is no user data for us to delete and no data-collection consent to withdraw. For any App from which we do collect user data, the means of requesting deletion and of withdrawing consent are stated in that App's entry.
As noted in the preceding section, the information collected by the Website's analytics includes a pseudonymous client ID. However, because this Website's implementation sends no name, email address, or similar identifier, we normally cannot locate and delete your individual browsing record even if you tell us your name. See the preceding section for how to disable measurement.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not provide user data to third parties, except as required by law. For Apps that collect no user data, there is no data to share or disclose. If any App does share data with third parties, the recipients and purposes are stated in that App's entry.
As for the Website, information is transmitted to each provider through analytics and third-party resource loading, as described in the preceding section.
6. Children's Privacy
Apps that collect no user data of any kind do not collect personal information from any user, including children. If any App does collect user data, its treatment of use by children is stated in that App's entry.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time, including when we add an App or change the Website. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
