アプリ名：CHASE BURST!（チェイス・バースト！）
株式会社BEM（BEM, K.K.、以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するアプリ「CHASE BURST!（チェイス・バースト！）」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報その他の利用者データを一切収集しません。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、広告・分析・計測・外部クラッシュ収集などの第三者 SDK を組み込んでおらず、利用者データを外部に送信しません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、ゲーム体験のために次の情報をお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。これらは外部に送信されず、当社が取得することはありません。
- ハイスコア（自己ベスト記録）
- チュートリアルの完了状態
これらは端末内のローカル保存領域に記録されるものであり、他の利用者や当社と共有されることはありません。
3. 情報の削除
上記の端末内データは、本アプリを端末からアンインストールすることで削除されます。
当社が保有する利用者データはないため、当社へのデータ削除依頼または同意撤回の対象となる情報はありません。
4. 第三者への提供
本アプリは利用者データを収集しないため、第三者への提供・共有は行いません。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは利用者データを一切収集しないため、子どもを含むいかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集することはありません。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

BEM, K.K. ("we", "us", or "our") provides this Privacy Policy for our app "CHASE BURST!" (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect any personal information or user data. It requires no account, includes no advertising, analytics, measurement, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs, and does not transmit any user data off your device.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
For gameplay, the App stores the following only on your device. This information is never transmitted externally and is never accessible to us:
- Your high score (personal best)
- Whether you have completed the tutorial
This data is kept in your device's local storage and is not shared with other users or with us.
3. Deleting Your Information
The on-device data described above is removed when you uninstall the App from your device.
Because we do not hold any user data, there is no user data for us to delete and no data-collection consent to withdraw.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
Because the App collects no user data, we do not share or disclose any user data to third parties.
5. Children's Privacy
Because the App collects no user data of any kind, it does not collect personal information from any user, including children.
