Masashi Koyama
Director
Masashi began his career as an engineer, working at a telecom carrier, a major internet-services company, and a major systems integrator before founding BEM, K.K. in 2015. He has driven IT initiatives across a wide range of industries, centering on PM/PMO, cloud infrastructure, and AI/DX consulting. Today he works as an AI/DX consultant for generative AI and AI-agent adoption.
What years of experience have built is not simply the ability to handle "visible" problems. It is the ability to see through to the essential problems hidden beneath, draw them out, and lead them to resolution — stepping into the core of issues clients aren't even aware of, and driving change in an actionable form.
